1. Is Heavenly Organic a Franchise?  

No, Heavenly Organic is a small family owned company that believes in making a difference in the environment and keeping it's clients happy and healthy.
 
2. How much do you charge?
 
The cost varies depending on what type of job your home or office will require. We typically charge based on the size of the home or office. First time cleanings are generally a little more but a lower flat fee is then offered when you book repeated services. All  supplies are included. 

Receive $10.00 off for every referral you give us. 

3. Cancellations
 
We request cancellations or rescheduling notices be done at least  48 hours in advance to help us book someone else if possible.
We do not charge a fee for cancellations or rescheduling of the cleaning services.

4. Will you send different people to my place?  

We will always try to send the same team to your place since they would be familiar with you and your needs but different teams may be sent at times.  Someone will call you to inform about the changes.

5. How do I pay?
You can pay by credit card, check, or cash.  When paying by check, your cleaning team will bring you an invoice and a self-addressed and stamped envelope for you to seal and mail the payment or give to them at the time of service. We gladly accept all major credit cards.
All transactions are processed by Paypal- The safe secure system for online transactions. 

6. What supplies do you use?  

We use a variety of products that are non-toxic and biodegradable.  Most of our products are purchased from a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Company.  Some of the product used are Earth Friendly Products, Seventh Generation, Melaluca, WowGreen and other natural products.  In addition, some of our products are also homemade mixes that not only disinfect naturally but are almost edible. In addition, Heavenly Organic does not believe in using papertowel products. We use only 100% cotton and microfiber rags which are color coded to guarantee the same rags used in your bathroom are not used in your kitchen.

7. What cities do you serve?
 
We serve all of Los Angeles and Ventura County.

8. What about gratuities?  

We do not include gratuities.  If you wish to tip your team you may do so directly to them.
